Co-Founder & CEO
Nitin has two decades of sales and business development experience across consulting, startups, and public companies. He has built billion dollar businesses, and seen successful exits. Prior to founding Aithon, he was the CRO at a Series C fintech startup, and before that spent 8 years at AWS in different financial services sales leadership roles. When not thinking about Aithon, you will find him on the tennis court or in the mountains.

Co-Founder & CTO
Nico is the Co-Founder and CTO of Aithon, with experience at AWS, Bridgewater Associates, and Millennium. He has led global tech and operations teams and scaled Solutions Architecture across segments. At Aithon, he focuses on product strategy, system design, and team building. Outside of work, Nico enjoys re-discovering movie series with his family and working out.

Chief AI Officer
Michael is the Chief AI Officer at Aithon, where he leads AI architecture and engineering for the AI-native GTM platform. He brings deep cloud and AI infrastructure expertise from across the industry: at Amazon he built and led AWS Amplify from early prototype to organizational scale, and most recently he was Senior Director of Engineering at Oracle, where he architected and launched a domain-specific language for AI and LLM code generation. Earlier, he founded Snapwire Innovations, which developed a parking management platform that was acquired by BMW Group.

What does “Aithon” mean?
In Greek mythology, Aithon was one of the four horses of Helios, the sun god — pulling his chariot across the sky each day. The name is a symbol of power, reliability, and speed. Our mission is to bring those qualities to the GTM world.
