Ask Aithon
What the in-app assistant can answer, what it can do on your behalf, what it deliberately cannot, and how to get the most out of it.
Last updated
Ask Aithon is the home page: a question box grounded in your organization's data. It is also available on a deal's insights and on other pages, where it knows what you are looking at. It answers from your accounts, deals, stakeholders, leads, conversations and documents, and cites where an answer came from.
What it answers
Anything about your pipeline: which deals need attention, what is happening at an account, who the stakeholders on a deal are and what they care about, what a score or a field on the dashboard means, what to say to a prospect, what your call transcripts contain, which leads to work, what a product covers. It reads the same data the dashboard shows and the documents your organization uploaded.
It is deliberately narrow. Ask it to write code, solve a puzzle or give personal advice and it declines, rather than half-answering; the boundary keeps it honest about what it is grounded in.
What it can do
Beyond answering, it can act, always short of anything a customer would see:
- Record a note on an account.
- Log the outcome of a call, mark a call's next step done, snooze it or add one.
- Draft a sequence or a campaign, or add leads to a campaign. Publishing a sequence and starting a campaign remain clicks in the app.
- Reveal or enrich a contact's details, which spends credits exactly as the button does.
- Request an account Aithon tracks but your organization has not added yet, or create a manual one.
- Upload a document to your organization's library.
It cannot send email, publish or start outreach, edit CRM fields, or activate an agent. Those are yours.
Cards, charts and documents
When a table or a chart says it better than prose, the assistant renders one inline. Larger things, a full chart or a written document, open in a side panel; ask for a revision and the panel keeps the versions side by side.
Conversations
Conversations are saved. The home page lists your recent chats, you can reopen or delete any of them, and New chat starts fresh. Each conversation stands alone: the assistant does not carry memory from one to the next, so give it the context it needs when you start a new one.
Page context
On an account, a lead or a deal, the assistant already knows which one is open, and its suggested questions change to match. The same assistant is available from Claude or ChatGPT through MCP, with the same grounding and the same limits.
