Find people with People Finder
Search for the right person at any company by seniority, department, title or location, see their contact details, and push them into your contacts or a campaign.

People Finder answers "who do I talk to at this company". Search by company, domain or name, narrow by seniority, department, title or location, and Aithon returns the people it can find with their roles and contact details. It sits under Prospecting, then People Finder.
Run a search
Start from one of three anchors; you need at least one, and the Search button stays inactive until you provide it:
- Company, the name.
- Domain, for example
apple.com. The most precise of the three, because company names are ambiguous and domains are not. - Person Name, when you already know who you are looking for.
Then narrow with the refinements, none of which can start a search on their own: Seniority (from Owner and C-Suite down to Intern), Department, a Job title contains box, and Location.
A short company name on its own is rejected: pair it with a domain or a person's name.
Read the results
Results group by company, with a count of people and companies at the top and a sort control. The default sort is by seniority, and you can switch to confidence or name. Load twenty at a time.
Each row shows the person, their title, and small marks for the channels available: a work email, a mobile, an office line. A green tick means they are already in your Contacts.
Click anyone to open their full record on the right: their identity and confidence, badges such as New in role or Decision maker, each contact channel with a copy button, their social profiles, and their company, experience, education and skills.
How much to trust an email address
The mail icon on an address carries a deliverability rating, and hovering it explains which one applies.
| Rating | What it means |
|---|---|
| Verified | The provider confirmed the mailbox exists and accepts mail. The strongest signal available |
| Matched | The address matches a known pattern and identity for that person |
| Deliverable | The address is expected to deliver |
| Catch-all | The domain accepts mail to any address, so delivery cannot be confirmed and the address may not exist |
Treat catch-all addresses as unconfirmed. They are worth trying, but they are the ones that bounce, and bounces cost you sender reputation.
Contact details fill in as you open someone; there is nothing to click. If Aithon cannot find a channel for a person, the record simply shows what it has.
Do something with them
Tick the checkbox on any row, and a bar appears with everything you can do with the selection. Opening someone does not select them, so tick deliberately.
- Save to contacts adds them to your Contacts library.
- Add to list puts them on a contact list.
- Download CSV exports them, up to fifty people at a time.
- Start Outreach opens a panel where you either add them to an active campaign or pick a sequence, name a new campaign and create it on the spot. You need a published sequence for this; if you have none, publish one first.
The History tab keeps everyone you have opened, so a person you looked at yesterday and did not save is easy to find again.
