The account view
What each section of an account's overview shows, which source feeds it, and what the other tabs hold.
Last updated
An account page brings together everything Aithon knows about one company: your CRM data, the conversations your team has had with it, public intelligence, and the leads Aithon found there. Open it from All Accounts or My Accounts.
The tabs
- Overview, described below.
- Opportunities: the deals at this account, each opening Deal Intelligence.
- Engagement: the full communication timeline, emails and calls, with filters and a drawer for each item.
- News: relevant articles as they are discovered, each with sentiment, urgency and a one-line summary, grouped by day.
- Leads: the use cases Aithon believes this company needs, each with a brief.
- Documents: files your organization uploaded about this account.
The overview, section by section
Account health at the top reads Strong, Moderate or Needs attention, from the same engagement signals that drive deal health.
Summary: Aithon's narrative of the account, updated as new evidence arrives.
Competitive intent: whether the company is researching your competitors right now, across all your products. Shown only when there is a match.
Company intelligence: the public documents Aithon has gathered about the company (filings, reports, web pages). If none have been discovered yet, Discover documents starts a search; the section tells you when only web sources were found.
Notes: your own notes on the account. What you write here is read by Aithon and feeds its intelligence about the account, so a line about what you learned on a call is worth adding.
Deals to categorise: CRM deals Aithon could not match to a use case in your catalogue, waiting for you to place them. Hidden when there are none.
Engagement: last email, last call, and the volume of each over the past thirty days, with a chart.
Pipeline by stage: the account's open opportunities grouped by stage, with amounts.
Where the data comes from
The CRM connection supplies the account itself, its opportunities and the pipeline chart. Your team's mailboxes and call sources supply the engagement card and the timeline. Public sources supply company intelligence and news. A section with nothing to show says so.
Asking about an account
Ask Aithon is aware of the account you are looking at. Its suggestions on an account page include what you can sell there, an overview of account health, and the deals you have; you can ask anything else in the same box.
