Manage members and organization settings
Invite and remove people, change roles, set up how your team signs in, and find the organization-wide settings an admin owns.
Last updated
Organization administration lives in one place: open the menu under your name at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Settings. The dialog has tabs for General, Members, Email signature, Reporting Structure, Invitations, Privacy and Do-Not-Contact. Email signature is personal and visible to everyone; the rest of the organization-level tabs are for admins.
Invite someone
On the Members tab, click Invite Member, enter the email address, tick the roles (Admin, who can manage members and settings, or User, standard access), and click Send Invitation. If the person already has an Aithon login they are added straight away; otherwise they receive an invitation email. Pending invitations are listed on the Invitations tab, where you can cancel one.
Change a role or remove someone
In the Members list, open the actions menu next to a person. Edit Roles switches Admin and User; Aithon signs them out so the new role applies straight away. Remove Member ends their access immediately; to pause someone, remove them and re-invite later. You cannot remove yourself, and the last admin cannot be removed.
The same menu holds Make AWS Partner Admin, which lets that person submit AWS fund requests and manage Marketplace listings, and Assigned products when per-user product scoping is on.
How your team signs in
People sign in with a Google account, with a Microsoft work account through Microsoft Entra ID, or with an email address and password, depending on what was set up for your organization during onboarding.
For Microsoft sign-in, your Entra administrator has two one-time actions: grant tenant-wide admin consent to the Aithon enterprise application, and assign the users or groups who may use it. Until both are done, sign-in stops with a "need admin approval" message. To change the sign-in methods available to your organization, talk to your Aithon contact.
Organization settings worth knowing
- General: organization name and logo, and the Per-user product scoping switch. Off, everyone sees the whole product catalogue. On, each member sees only the products an admin assigns to them, from the Members menu or from the product itself; admins always see everything.
- Privacy: the categories of data the AI may use. See the privacy controls guide.
- Do-Not-Contact: email addresses and phone numbers that outreach never contacts and the dialer never calls. Hard bounces are added automatically.
- Reporting Structure: who reports to whom, which is what lets a manager see their reports' accounts.
Personal preferences
Each person chooses their own notifications on the Notifications page in the same menu: saved lead views delivered on a schedule, preferred channels, a start-of-day digest, and outreach notifications. Two items there are admin-only: the organization's notification time zone, and the reporting digests about adoption. Admins also have Usage, an aggregate view of how the team engages with Aithon, with no individual event content.
