Email signature and company documents
Two small settings with a large effect: the signature Aithon appends to every draft it writes for you, and the documents that teach it your products and playbooks.

Your email signature
Every email Aithon sends or drafts on your behalf carries your signature: outreach sequence steps, drafts written from a lead or a deal, AWS co-sell drafts, and the drafts produced when you approve an Auto Pilot move. Set it once: open the menu under your name, choose Settings, then Email signature. The editor takes rich text and an optional logo image, which must be an https URL. A switch turns the signature off without deleting it.
The signature is added at the moment a message is drafted or sent, so editing it never changes mail already sent. Plain-text emails get a plain-text rendering of the same signature, and the logo appears only in rich emails. LinkedIn messages and InMails never carry it. Where Aithon already writes a sign-off, such as the introduction email to an AWS account executive, your signature replaces it, so a message never ends with two.
Company documents
Aithon learns your products and your sales motion from the documents you give it: battle cards, one-pagers, case studies, pricing sheets, playbooks, objection handling. Once indexed they ground Ask Aithon's answers, deal and account intelligence, and lead insights.
Upload from the Documents page in the sidebar for material that applies to the whole organization, or from the Documents tab of a product, an account or a deal to scope a file to it. Drag files onto the page or click to browse: PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel, up to 50 MB each.
After upload each file moves through extraction and indexing, with its status shown next to it, and reads Indexed when the AI can use it. A file Aithon cannot read is marked failed so you know to replace it. Delete any document from the same list; deletion removes it from AI features immediately. Documents are private to your organization.
