Connect Attio to Aithon

Two read-only connections, one for companies, people and deals and one for meetings, calls and tasks. Admins only.

Attio connects to Aithon in two parts, and the Attio card on the Integrations page shows both with a progress bar. The first part syncs your CRM records (companies, people and deals) through a managed connector. The second connects Aithon directly to Attio to read meetings, call recordings, notes and tasks. Each part connects and disconnects independently, and both are read-only: Aithon writes nothing into Attio.

Both parts are restricted to organization admins in Aithon. Other users see the card marked Admins only.

Prerequisites

An Attio workspace where you are an admin.
An Aithon account with the admin role for your organization. The connection is shared by everyone in your organization.

Step 1: Open Integrations

Open the menu under your name at the bottom of the left sidebar and choose Integrations. Expand the Attio card; it reads 0 of 2 connected until you start.

Step 2: Connect CRM sync

Under CRM sync (companies, people and deals), click Connect. You are taken to a hosted setup page. Sign in to Attio and approve the access requested. When it completes you return to Aithon and the card reads 1 of 2 connected.

Step 3: Connect Meetings and activity

Under Meetings and activity (calls, meetings and tasks via a direct connection), click Connect. Attio's own authorization screen opens and lists the permissions Aithon asks for, all of them read-only:

Approve, and the card reads Setup complete.

What gets synced

The CRM sync reads your objects, records and attribute values, workspace members and notes. Aithon reshapes them into companies, stakeholders, deals and sellers, and attaches your notes to the right deal. The direct connection adds meetings, call recordings and transcripts, and tasks. Attio's record permissions are read so that visibility in Aithon follows visibility in Attio.

How long it takes

New and changed records typically appear in Aithon within a few hours.

Disconnecting

Each part has its own Disconnect under Manage on the Attio card, so you can remove the meetings connection and keep CRM sync, or the reverse. Disconnecting affects your entire organization. Ask your Aithon contact if you also want previously synced records removed.
